I spent a decade as a software developer building custom solutions — and I've been a skin clinic client long enough to know what a broken booking experience actually feels like.

I know the frustration of sending an inquiry and hearing nothing for two days. I know what it's like to receive aftercare information too late to be useful, or to arrive at an appointment with no idea how to prepare. Derma Aide exists because that experience is completely avoidable — and because skincare clinic owners deserve a system built specifically for them, not adapted from a generic template.
